Our hero in this story is a noble knight of the legendary Round Table. Fearless,
strong, brave, loyal and of good heart. He is ready to save the maiden, slay the dragon, fight the giant and sail off to the Crusades! Unfortunately, he has only one very big personality flaw. He has always arrived miserably late for every event in his life! At wit’s end, the king has changed our knight’s name from Sir Dennis of Hastings to SIR LATE-A-LOT!

A series of untimely misadventures eventually comes to a head when the king
gives a final warning to our tardy knight. With a last chance of redemption, he can change his ways and learn the importance of being on time!

 The story has twelve colorful illustrations depicting missed noble opportunities all due to his lack of punctuality, but our knighted latecomer finally has a chance to restore his good name by the end of the tale.
